How do we book you for our wedding day?
I’m so glad you love my work! That’s amazing! I would love to be a part of your wedding day if I’m available! First, we chat about what your needs are and decide on the perfect package for your big day. Next, we do require you to fill out and sign our online contract. Super simple and done with a few clicks and signs! Second, we require a 30 percent retainer to officially seal the day and make me your official wedding day photographer! Once those things are checked off the list, you can be expecting a sweet gift from us on your doorstep within the next couple months!

How long is the turnaround time for our images?
Glad you asked! I think it’s super important for me to be up front with all the expectations of the experience we offer. Currently, our turnaround time for engagement sessions is 3-4 weeks. For weddings, you can expect a preview within a week and your entire gallery will be ready in 6-8 weeks at most! We do our best to get them out to you quickly because we know you’re dying to see them so that’s our top priority!

How do I receive my images?
Your engagement session will be delivered on an online gallery where you can download your images to any device. Your wedding images will also be delivered on an online gallery and, depending on your wedding package chosen, a keepsake glass flash drive and keepsake box. We will also put your engagement session on the USB. Easy peasy! A great keepsake option! 

You’re located in Central Florida.. but do you travel?
YES, YES, AND MORE YES! I love to travel more than anything in the world, combine that with shooting a wedding somewhere new and we are absolutely sold! Just let us know where your wedding is, and depending where, we might have a special deal for you! We’re always looking to go somewhere new! Travel fees are applicable for weddings taking place 50 miles beyond Melbourne, FL.

We LOVE your work.. but will you work with our budget?
We understand that you have a budget, and we always like to be upfront and honest with our pricing. It’s important that you LOVE my work, personality, and style first and foremost! If the budget isn’t there, that doesn’t mean we can't make something happen for you. All of our collections can be customized to fit your day! So seriously, let’s talk and see what we can do for you!

How many photographs will we get on our online gallery or Flash Drive?
This is where we like to be generous! Seriously, our motto is that if we have a good image that we think you will cherish, we will give it to you. Typically, we photograph anywhere from 50-75 images an hour. After your wedding day we will have a collection of images and we will choose the ones where you’re looking, eyes are open, the sun is hitting just right and we know it’s the perfect one to deliver. Our clients typically receive 40-50 final edited images per hour booked. We do not have specific amounts because each day is unique and so is every timeline! But, we promise we are very generous with them all while making sure we aren’t overwhelming you.

How much time should I book you for??
It is totally up to you and your photo needs on your big day! I usually recommend hiring me for at least 6 hours if you are looking for wedding coverage for most of the day. On average my couples book me anywhere from 6-10 hours. Any time less than 6 hours would most likely sacrifice photo opportunities or feel a bit more rushed. The 'sweet spot' for photo coverage is usually around 8 hours. This allows more reception events to be captured as well.
Below is the time allotments & suggestions I ask my couples to set aside for each photo opportunity. 

Details - 30- 45 minutes
Getting Ready - 30 minutes (or 20 minutes each side)
Bride & Bridesmaids - 20 minutes
Groom & Groomsmen - 20 minutes
Bridal Party- 20 minutes
Bride & Groom- 20 minutes (or 15 minutes for each side beforehand w/ no first look)
First Look(s)- 15 minutes
Newlywed/ Couples Portraits- 30-45 minutes
Immediate Family Portraits- 20 minutes
Reception venue details (before guests are seated)- 15 minutes
Ceremony venue details (undisturbed for an overview of the ceremony; usually around 30 minutes before the ceremony starts)- 15 minutes
Reception Events:
Entrances- 15- 20 minutes
Candid's of guests- 15 minutes
Toasts- 20 minutes
Cake cutting- 15 minutes
First Dances, bouquet toss, & garter toss- 10-15 minutes each
Dancing- at least 30 minutes
Exit- 15 minutes

After initial booking, signed contract, and the 30 percent retainer is received you’ll find an email in your inbox letting you know you’re officially booked! Keep your eyes peeled on your doorstep for a welcoming gift from yours truly :).

The next step will be to start talking about your engagement session, if you booked one! When do you have in mind? Do you have a location in mind? We’ll narrow down the BEST place for your session. We’ll then set a date on the calendar and a time for the most perfect light! Sounds fun, right?  Next is your actual engagement session! Within 3-4 weeks you’ll receive an online gallery of all your images!

The next steps are basically the waiting game until the best day! We’ll happily guide you to any vendor recommendations and help in anyway we can! We love wedding planning, so we are more than happy to help you with all elements of the day!

Around 3 months before the wedding you’ll find a detailed questionnaire in your inbox. This is where we gather all the timing, address’s for getting ready, hotel rooms and locations for the day. We’ll even get specific here about family photo’s and what the other vendor details are so we are fully prepared on your wedding day and already know all the things! Using this information based on the collection you’ve chosen we will work out a timeline to help us guide you through your wedding day. Then you can get a layout and time frame of exactly how your day will look with us and feel at ease that we’ve got it all covered! We can work back and forth with you and your coordinator to make sure everything will work smoothly and we have plenty of time for all the photo’s.

One week before the wedding you will find a check-in email in your inbox! This will have the finalized timeline and a few reminders from us for the day of! (Have your details ready for us, make sure your flowers are arriving at the same time..ect!) Make sure everything on this email is correct!

Day of! It’s the best day, hooray! You’ll find us arriving before our initial time to ensure we get the feel for where we are. It’s important to us to walk in and be able to create memories for you. We always arrive ready to go and a few minutes early to say our hello’s! We’ll spend the first moments there with your dress, details, and significant details to your day. From there we’ll follow the timeline and be alongside you during the best day! We will capture BTS on our phone so you have something fun to view the night of your wedding.

One week to ten days after your wedding you will find a day of preview in your inbox! This is our personal favorite, we love showing you glimpses of your favorite day.. Perfect for the honeymoon.. right?

Six to eight weeks after your wedding you will find ALL your wedding day images in an online gallery. We do our absolute best to make sure we get you your images back as quickly as possible because we know how excited you are! :)

Around two months after your wedding.. (if you chose the USB option) look on your doorstep! There’s a gift from us! 

We never want this experience for you to end! This is the time where we thank you for having us and hope to continue the relationship!
